IT IS A TERM OF EACH SALE AND EACH USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY UNINTENDED OR ACCIDENTAL USE THAT THE PURCHASER RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS TRUE INTERNET MARKETING INC, ITS OFFICERS DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS AND ASSIGNS, FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES CAUSED EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM MUCH USE OR MISUSE WHETHER OR NOT TRUE INTERNET MARKETING INC. HAS BREACHED ITS CONTRACT WITH THE PURCHASER OR HAS BEEN NEGLIGENT OR GROSSLY NEGLIGENT IN ANY WAY.

RETURNS & IMPORTANT TRANSACTION INFORMATION:
Please keep a copy of your transaction receipt at all times for your order.
Your credit card will be debited at the time of placing your order.
You may return new, unopened items within 1 year of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please notify us by email and be sure to include your order number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you need to cancel an order please contact us BEFORE receiving a tracking number and status email marking your order as shipped.
Shipping Details:
Orders placed before 10AM EST will be shipped same day/next business day. Orders will ship and be delivered Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. All international orders will be sent via regular air mail unless an alternative method is requested after checkout via email to our customer service staff at info@bulksyringes.com. Canadian orders will ship via Canada Post.
